Day of Dance
Day of Dance, Capital Regional’s inaugural Spirit of Women event, will focus on dance as an exciting way to get exercise, boost mood and reduce the risk of disease. The event invites women to take charge of their own health, by offering dance performances and instruction, health screenings, cooking demonstrations, wine tastings and more.
Day of Dance was Saturday, February 26 at Kleman Plaza in Downtown Tallahassee and admission is free to the community.
