Girls Night Out
Capital Regional knows that women tend to be the primary healthcare decision makers in their household, yet many women find themselves so busy taking care of others that their own health is neglected. We invite all women in our community to slow down, have fun and celebrate their health with Girls’ Night Out. Focused on breast health, this FREE event will feature fun activities, great food and drinks and an opportunity to learn more about easy ways to take care of yourself. Dr. Kathy Langston will kick-off the evening with a presentation on the importance of breast health.
